Is it OK to call a man sweetheart

A guy who is falling for you will put in the effort.In my opinion, i think you're overthinking the scenario.I guess i don't think it is.It's completely fine to call a man darling if he's okay with it.I call men son all the time, wouldnt call one sweetheart though.
