They dont do crossfit to get big.They are big and buff because they lift weights and eat plenty of food.From my experience and from the experience of many women i talked to, depending on your body type, crossfit can make us look bulky and too muscular for our own liking.This is from taking synthetic testosterone.Crossfit seems to produce good looking guys but doesn't seem to work well for so many women.
